PILCS have appointed Ian Rosser as their new first-team manager ahead of the 2020/21 season.
Roser will be assisted by Dan Williams, Graham Williams and Mike Hiles.
He is a former player of the club and will take the reigns of the Gwent Premier League club.
Rosser has previous managerial experience in the Welsh League, having held a player-manager role with Goytre in Division Three. He had also previously been manager of fellow Gwent side New Inn.
In a club statement, published on their website, PILCS said: “PILCS are delighted to announce that Ian Rosser will become the new 1st team manager for the 20/21 season.
“After a disappointing end to last season, where results were beginning to improve, Ian will look to continue the momentum on this year.
“As a former player, Ian fully understands the ethos of the club and will look to build on the foundations made last year on and off the pitch and look to bring success and progression to PILCS.”
PILCS finished the season bottom of the Premier Division and are awaiting a decision from the Community Game Board in whether they will be relegated this season.
