Prestatyn Town have confirmed the signing of experienced midfielder Luke Holden.
The 32-year old is joining the Cymru North outfit after spending the majority of his career in the English pyramid.
Holden started his senior footballing career with The New Saints, before playing for Rhyl and Connah’s Quay also in the Welsh system.
He once spent time on loan in the professional game Charlton Athletic after securing a three-month loan from the Lilywhites.
The former Liverpool trainee has since floated around non-league clubs in England, featuring for Chester, Droylsden, Formby Gainsborough Trinity and Warrington Town.
John Lawless, director of football at Prestatyn Town, said: “I’ve known Luke a very long time and his experience will be a major plus for the squad, I’m delighted to get him in.
“He has experience of Welsh Football at the highest level and we’re delighted he has agreed to join Prestatyn Town.”
