Llandudno FC have secured the future of manager Jordan Hadaway after handing the 24-year-old a new two-year contract following a remarkable season in North Wales.
Hadaway, who is expected to be the youngest manager in Europe’s top-flight leagues next season, guided Llandudno to the Cymru North title and promotion back to the Cymru Premier for the first time since 2019.
The young boss also capped off an impressive campaign by being named Manager of the Season at the FAW National League Awards.
Jordan Hadaway Reacts to New Deal
Speaking to the club’s official website, Hadaway expressed his pride at extending his stay with the Seasiders.
“I’m delighted to sign a two-year contract with the club. It was a no-brainer for me, as the club means so much to me, my family and partner. I am ready to try and make Llandudno FC a mainstay in the Welsh Premier League.
“Being around the people involved in this club, from the directors and volunteers, to the fans that support us every game, is an honour.
“The squad that we have built is also something special. We have a great group of lads, and working with them week in, week out is so enjoyable. To also share the dugout with my amazing staff week in, week out is an honour.
“We achieved our aim this season, which was promotion. Now it’s about making our club an established club again in the Welsh Premier League. I’m looking forward to the challenge, as it’s going to be a tough season ahead for us. Keep The Faith!”

Remarkable Rise at Maesdu Park
Hadaway’s journey at Llandudno has been nothing short of remarkable since being appointed manager at just 21 years old by chairman Dave Guinn.
The appointment came during a difficult period for the club following the departure of former manager Sean Eardley. At the time, Llandudno were forced to play home matches away from Maesdu Park due to major renovation work required at the stadium.
The club had also lost its academy status, while several first-team players departed, leaving Hadaway with the challenge of rebuilding the squad and avoiding relegation. He successfully steadied the ship and eventually guided the club back to the top tier of Welsh football.

Chairman Dave Guinn Praises Hadaway Impact
Alongside his work with the men’s team, Hadaway also played a key role within the women’s setup at the club.
He guided the women’s side to the Adran North title and came within one game of promotion to the Adran Premier, narrowly missing out after defeat to Briton Ferry Llansawel AFC.
Chairman Dave Guinn described the decision to hand Hadaway a new contract as an easy one following the progress made under his leadership.
“It was the only natural thing to do after the work he has put in and the memories he has created for everyone at the club alongside his amazing staff and group of players,” said Guinn.
“There has been much media attention around him and our story, so I am glad that this contract shows everyone that we are all on board and pushing in the same direction. Jordan is, and will remain, black and white.”
Llandudno transfer business
Llandudno have also confirmed that four players will depart ahead of their return to top-flight football for the 2026/27 season.
Michael Jones, Dylan Proctor, Lee Stokes and Sam Downey will all move on in search of new clubs.
Jones featured the most of the quartet, making 13 appearances and keeping five clean sheets as he shared goalkeeping duties with Shaun Pearson.
Proctor, who joined from Rhyl 1879 F.C. early in the season, leaves with five goals and one assist from 31 appearances.
Downey returned for a second spell at the club, arriving from Caernarfon Town F.C. during the winter transfer window. He went on to make 11 league appearances.
Stokes, a left-sided midfielder, made three first-team appearances during the campaign.
