After we asked you fans to deicide your Welsh League Teams of the Season, the votes have finally been counted and we can unveil which players have made their respective leagues’ Teams of the Season as voted by you fans.
With Barry Town United, Llanelli Town and Llantwit Major marching to their division titles, will their sides feature heavily or have some brilliant individual seasons from their competitors forced a mixed result? It’s time to find out.

DIVISION 1
GK – Mike Lewis (Barry)
The Barry joined from Aberystwyth Town this season, and he celebrated it in style, as he continued his excellent performances that helped guide the club to the title.
RB – Ricky Watts (Haverfordwest)
The former Aberystwyth man made the switch to the club not long ago, but his performances in the right hand side of defence have impressed fans as the club finished with a flourish.
CB – Sean Pemberton (Haverfordwest)
Despite a slow start to life in Division One by the club, Pemberton stood strong in defence a the club turned their fortunes around in the second half of the season, with his captaincy skills really flourishing in the end.
CB – Luke Cooper (Barry)
The Barry centre-half was a mainstay in the heart of defence as Barry clinched their return to the top flight
LB- Kane Owen (Penybont)
The former Cardiff City youth academy player joined the club this season, and the player has shown signs of his potential that landed him a chance with the Bluebirds in the first place.
CM- Louis Gerrard (Barry)
Gerrard was a key player for Gavin Chesterfield this season, as the midfielder’s confident performances guided the club to the title.
CM- Kris Leek (Goytre)
The Goytre centre-midfielder has really caught the eye of many this season as Goytre secured a second placed finish.
RM – Jordan Cotterill (Barry)
The Barry winger has been a creative lynchpin for the side this season, and was a driving force behind their title charge.
LM – Adam Orme (Goytre United)
Orme was a deadly player from the left wing for Goytre United this season, with eight goals before he departed for Swansea Uni FC.
ST – TJ Nagi (Barry)
TJ Nagi was clinical in front of goal for the former Welsh Premier League club this season as they secured their return.
ST – Jonathan Hood (Port Talbot)
Hood was fantastic in front of goal for the Steelmen this season upon his return, and despite returning to Iceland before the end of the season, the club can be thankful for Hood’s goals or they may be staring down the barrel of relegation.
DIVISION 2
GK – Craig Morris (Llanelli)
The Llanelli goalkeeper was fantastic in goal for the Reds this season, as they charged to the league title.
RB – Mathew Jones (Ammanford)
After his return to the club, after a spell away due to work commitments, Jones really found his feet again this season and was a key aspect of the club’s eight match winning run towards the end of the season.
CB – Lee Bevan (Llanelli)
Bevan was solid in the defence for the Reds this season, as they maintained a fantastic defensive record as they clinched promotion.
CB – Ian Hillier (Briton Ferry)
The Ferry centre half was fantastic for the club this season. Under Shane’s leadership, Hillier played every game as they clinched second place.
LB – Chris Thomas (Llanelli)
Chris Thomas was excellent on the left flank for Llanelli this season, as they maintained an unbeaten record this term.
CM – Jordan Davies (Llanelli)
Considered one of the most skilful players in the league, Davies has been outstanding in the middle of the park for the Reds this season after his move from Goytre.
CM – Joe Clarke (Llanelli)
Clarke switched from Welsh Premier League Aberystwyth to Andy Hill’s Llanelli at the beginning of the season, and has been a major asset to the side this term.
RM – Ryan Thomas (Cwmamman)
Ryan Thomas has been a fantastic player for the Carmarthenshire outfit as they secured the final promotion spot, and without their goals promotion may not have been possible.
LM – Liam Samuel (Llanelli)
Samuel’s efforts from the left flank have been significant for the club in their promotion success this season.
ST – Lee Trundle (Llanelli)
Without a doubt, the signing of the season, Lee Trundle has been arguably the best player in all of the Welsh Leagues. With 50 goals for the club this season, he was fantastic for the club and helped draw large crowds during their unbeaten season.
ST – Jordan Follows (Llanelli)
Jordan Follows has hardly been a bad strike partner for Trundle. Having played for the club during their Champions League season, Follows’ goals helped properl the club to the title.
DIVISION 3
GK – Landsdown (Llantwit)
Jack Landsdown is a fantastic man to have between the sticks and it has proven to be the case this season as Llantwit secured promotion.
RB – Jamie ‘Miller (Llantwit)
Miller was an asset on the right hand side of the defence for Major, who marched to the title.
CB – Sean Williams (Llantwit)
Sean Williams was a rock at the heart of the Llantwit defence who were head and shoulders above the rest of the league at times.
CB – Rhys Llywelyn (Llantwit)
Williams’ fellow centre half partner, Williams was a key cog in their successful defensive performance during the season.
LB – Glyn Davies (Llantwit)
Fantastic performances on the left flank for Major secured Davies’ place in the side, to complete the Llantwit defensive quintet.
CM – Paul Fowler (Bridgend Street)
The former Carmarthen and Port Talbot midfielder has slotted perfectly into the Street side who showed glimpses of their potential in the Welsh Football League Cup campaign, as they were defeated in the final.
CM – John Fletcher (Llantwit)
Fletcher has been considered a major factor in their title success, as he controlled the game from the middle of the park for Major.
RM – Laurie Marsh (Tredegar)
Despite Tredegar’s difficult season, Laurie Marsh has arguably been their best player. On the wing, Marsh has been a key factor in their survival.
LM – Rob Jones (Llantwit)
A fantastic Llantwit side, as the team of the season has proven, but without Jones’ performances Llantwit’s title charge would have been significantly more difficult.
ST – Tom Walters (Caerau)
Walters was the number on striker at Caerau, who just missed out on promotion after finishing third place, but Walter’a performances have not gone missed.
ST – Curtis Scotto (STM Sports)
The only member of the STM side who won promotion this season to make the Team of the Season, Scotto has been clinical in front of goal as STM made the leap to Division Two.
