The Cymru Premier transfer window is entering its final stages, with clubs having just one full week remaining to complete their business before the deadline.
The window is due to close on Tuesday, September 1, meaning clubs have limited time to strengthen their squads, add depth or make late moves before the transfer market shuts.
Several Cymru Premier sides have been active in recent days, with Airbus UK Broughton, Caernarfon Town, Cambrian United and Colwyn Bay all making additions or seeing notable departures.

Airbus bring in former Huddersfield youngster
Airbus UK Broughton have announced the signing of 19-year-old midfielder Oli Calland, who joins the Cymru Premier club after being released by Huddersfield Town.
Calland began his career with Sheffield Wednesday before earning a move to the Manchester City academy at the age of nine.
He spent seven years within the Premier League club’s youth system before leaving in 2023, subsequently joining Huddersfield.
The midfielder progressed through the Terriers’ scholarship programme and signed his first professional contract with the Yorkshire club in 2025.
He now begins the next stage of his career in the Cymru Premier with Airbus.
Caernarfon sign Shrewsbury winger
Caernarfon Town have added another promising young player to their squad with the signing of Simba Nyamwanza.
The 18-year-old winger came through the Shrewsbury Town academy and made club history when he became the Shrews’ youngest-ever first-team player.
Nyamwanza made his senior debut in the EFL Trophy at just 16 and subsequently gained further experience away from Shrewsbury, spending the 2024/25 season on loan with Northwich Victoria.
He now makes the move into Welsh football as Caernarfon look to build on their recent successes.
‘Cofi Messi’ Thomas joins Porthmadog
Caernarfon have also seen a major departure, with club legend Darren Thomas joining Cymru North side Porthmadog.
The 39-year-old has ended a remarkable 15-year association with the Cofis after making more than 400 appearances for the club.
Thomas became one of the defining figures of Caernarfon’s modern era, helping the club qualify for European football and playing a key role in their historic Welsh Cup triumph.
Known affectionately as the ‘Cofi Messi’, Thomas has explained that a desire for more regular football played a major part in his decision to leave.
His move to Porthmadog also reunites him with a club that already has a strong Caernarfon connection, with Gwion Daydd, Osian Ellis, Morgan Owen and Gruff John among those with links to the Cofis.

Cambrian United sign ex-Cardiff City and Newport County men
Cambrian United have strengthened ahead of the new Cymru Premier campaign with the additions of Josh Beecher and Jack Karadogan.
Beecher, a 20-year-old former Cardiff City academy defender, joins following his departure from the Championship club.
He progressed through Cardiff’s academy alongside several players who have gone on to feature for the Bluebirds’ first team, including Dylan Lawlor, Joel Colwill and Cian Ashford. Newport County and former Penybont striker James Crole was also part of the same talented age group.
Beecher gained his first taste of senior football during the 2024/25 campaign when he spent time on loan with Barry Town United.
Cambrian have also secured the services of former Wales youth international Jack Karadogan.
The 22-year-old midfielder arrives after a spell with Yate Town, having previously played for Pontypridd United and Newport County. He has also experienced football overseas, featuring in the Turkish second tier.
Karadogan represented Wales at Under-18 level and was part of a generation that included current senior internationals Jordan James, Cian Ashford and Cameron Congreve.
During his time with the Welsh youth sides, he also faced players who have since established themselves at the highest level, including Manchester City’s Rico Lewis and Newcastle United’s Lewis Hall.
Welsh Cup winner returns to league with Colwyn Bay
Colwyn Bay have brought a familiar face back to the Cymru Premier after completing the signing of Josh Williams on a six-month loan from Tranmere Rovers.
The 22-year-old played a starring role in Connah’s Quay Nomads’ Welsh Cup success in 2023/24 and returns to the Welsh top flight as he continues his comeback from an anterior cruciate ligament injury.
Williams made 69 appearances for the Nomads, scoring six goals and providing 10 assists, before moving to Tranmere.
He has since made six first-team appearances for the League Two club, scoring twice, and also spent time on loan at Southport.
His spell with Colwyn Bay will provide an opportunity to regain match fitness while adding a player with proven Cymru Premier experience to their squad.
