Caernarfon Town have announced the arrival of Allan Bickerstaff as their new First Team Manager, with Sean Eardley taking up the role of assistant manager.
The former Connah’s Quay Nomads and Rhyl manager arrives with the Cofi’s in a healthy position in what is their first season back in the Welsh Premier League.
The Oval side sit fourth in the standings with two games left to play, as they prepare for the upcoming European play-off games.
A statement on the club’s website read: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Allan Bickerstaff to the Oval as our new first team manager.”
Bickerstaff possesses the UEFA Pro Licence, which could assist Caernarfon Town in their appeal for a UEFA Licence.
Chairman Marc Roberts said: “Allan Bickerstaff’s experience, knowledge and array of contacts further strengthens what I believe to be the best Management Team in the Welsh Premier.
“With Allan, Sean and the management team all now on board for the long term I have no doubt that the next decade will bring further success in the League, Welsh Cup glory and of course European forays with the Cofi Army.”
