Colwyn Bay have made a huge coup in the form of Wales C striker Toby Jones.
The 26-year-old is moving on from Llandudno after suffering relegation from the Welsh Premier League last season.
He makes the short journey from Llandudno to Colwyn Bay as the Seagulls prepare for life in the Welsh pyramid.
Jones will line up against his former side in the FAW Championship North next week.
Toby Jones said to ColwynBayFC.co.uk on his signing: “I’m looking forward to working with everyone at the club and I’m excited about meeting up with the lads in the summer.
Hopefully we can all have a really good season together.”
Speaking to ColwynBayFC.co.uk, manager Craig Hogg said: “”We are really happy to announce that Toby has decided to join us at Llanelian Road. Its more positive news on the squad front.
“He is a local lad and the management team know him well, having worked with him before.
“He comes to us with much playing experience of both Tier 1 and Tier 2 in Wales and that experience will be very important for us moving forward into next season.
“Toby has the ability to influence games through his quality, really good game intelligence and his exceptional work rate.
“They are attributes that I’ve witnessed first half and I believe will be of much benefit to us.”
