Caerau Ely have appointed Nathan Cotterall as their new first-team manager.
Cotterall replaces Daniel Williams and Danny Hooper after they worked together as joint-managers from December.
The departing duo are moving on from the management team with Williams seeking coaching opportunities at Cymru South level whilst Hooper is keen to prolong his playing career.
Commenting on his appointment, club secretary Mike Jones said: “Nathan is a local lad who comes from a great pedigree with most of his playing career being played in the Cymru Premier.
“His positive approach and attitude haven’t gone unnoticed with his work in recent years with Caerau Ely Youth. We look forward to getting the new season up and running as soon as it is safe to do so.”
Cotterall will take charge of the Young Guns in the FAW’s new regionalised leagues for the third tier, with the makeup of the divisions finalised on 10 July.
The Cwrt-yr-Ala Road side were relegated from the Cymru South last season after finishing last on a points-per-game basis.
