Aston Villa are ready to enter the race to sign Wales winger Harry Wilson, who is valued at £20 million by Premier League champions Liverpool.
The 23-year-old has been linked with a host of clubs since his loan with AFC Bournemouth expired.
And now it is being reported that Aston Villa are interested in signing the talented youngster, alongside Leeds United, who are keen to bolster their squad following their promotion from the Sky Bet Championship.
Wilson has failed to make a league appearance for Liverpool since signing a professional contract in July 2014, and has had loan spells at the likes of Crewe Alexandre, Hull City, Derby County and most recently, AFC Bournemouth.
During his loan spells at Hull City, Derby County and AFC Bournemouth, he showcased his true potential and has become somewhat of a free-kick specialist.
Wilson was in sensational form throughout his time at Hull City. He scored seven goals in 13 games during a brief loan spell at the KCOM Stadium in 2018.
The Welshman scored 15 times in 40 appearances during his time at Pride Park during 2018/2019 and was in fine form for the Cherries last season, bagging seven goals in 31 outings under Eddie Howe.
Wilson has also featured 17 times for the Welsh national side since making his debut in 2013, scoring on three occasions.
