Elijah Phipps has left Barry Town United to join English non-league side Merthyr Town.
The 22-year-old moves on from the Europa League outfit after joining from Weston-super-Mare in July 2019.
Phipps made 19 appearances in the Cymru Premier for Barry last season before joining Penybont on loan.

After Merthyr announced the transfer, Phipps tweeted: “Buzzing to get it over the line. I can’t wait to get started.”
Phipps is the second player to move from the Welsh domestic system to Merthyr.
Earlier this summer, Kelland Absalom moved from Haverfordwest County to the Martyrs after the Bluebirds signed Wojciech Gajda.
